In-Store Returns & Exchanges Only

  • All returns and exchanges must be completed in person at our Nutrishop Rancho Cucamonga store.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges by mail, courier, or third-party delivery services.

Timeframe

  • Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase or local pickup.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Condition of Items

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened supplements, vitamins, or consumables.

Refund Method

  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.

  • If the original payment method is unavailable, store credit will be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards, promotional items, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you believe a product is defective or damaged, please bring it to the store promptly. We will inspect the item and, if approved, provide an exchange or refund.
